Hiring HR Administrator
• Handling all matters pertaining to outsourced staff members and related communication including the following:
• Managing outsourced employees requests
• Outsourced Hiring, including, preparation of scope, review of profiles, arranging and attending interviews, coordinating selection decisions, processing onboarding
• Outsourced Transfers
• Outsourced Exists including
• Review and processing of monthly invoices
• Contract renewals
• Provision of monthly statistical reports
• In charge of the communication with the service providers
• Ensure the adherence to the outsourced operational mandate
• Required skills:
• Experience in outsourced management
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent Power point skills
• Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
• Stakeholder relations
• Knowledge in UAE Labor Law
• Knowledge in ERP
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to think out of the box
