Candidates with experience in Hardware, Networking, should be good in communication as he has to take call via remote and should able to resolve IT related issue as soon as possible. He should be proactive and quick learner and should have passion for IT. Candidates available in UAE to join immediately can start apply
Maintain Customer IT Infrastructure like Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Switches, WiFi Devices, Configuration of Emails for end users
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve user end PCs/Laptops software issues.
Knowledgeable in Mocrosoft Office 2013/2016/2019 & 365 applications.
Firewall installation and administration, VPN configuration
Installation of Antivirus • Installation and maintenance of Backup
Installation and configuration of IP Telephony
Handling AMC Customers
Coordinating with Vendors to create, escalate and solve the issues related to Email, Backup, Server administration
المهارات
Managing system upgrade and new systems migration. Responsible for backup and storage of data.
Analytical and logical problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize work based upon business needs
