Field Service Engineer - UAE

الوصف الوظيفي
• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of printing, packaging and other electromechanical machines.

• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.

• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

• Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.

• Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation at Customers’ premises.

• Conduct technical training to team members and customers when required.

• Required to work overtime when necessary or when deemed by your manager especially in the case of customer breakdowns.

• Required to travel out of country as and when required depending on projects.

المهارات
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electro-Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.

• 3-4 years of working experience in related field is preferred.

• UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings.

• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
