KITCHEN CDP

Position Title:  Kitchen CDP

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 1, 357 EUR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification plus uniform

Job Location:  Malta, Europe

About the Client:

A luxury group of 5 Star Hotels, based in Malta Europe, renowned as a summer destination for tourists because of its serene ambiance, premium customer service, and elegant amenities

Job Role:

Makes sure that the food is being prepared well and in accordance with the 5* standards of quality and presentation to optimize guest satisfaction
Train and develop new and existing kitchen staff
Ensure that the overall cleanliness and the health and safety aspects of the kitchen are maintained at all times in accordance to HACCP standards
Responsible for proper storage, labeling and use of all food supplies to prevent unnecessary spoilage and to maintain cost control
Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently from menu planning, inventory control, scheduling and to ordering of kitchen supplies

المهارات
Requirements:

Open to Filipino, Thai and Eastern Europe/CIS Nationals
Male, 45 years old and below
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a similar industry
Open to experience working as a CDP or higher level with a premium signature Thai restaurant in Thailand
