A leading wheat and flour manufacturing and exporting international company is looking for highly experienced Sales Manager for its Dubai office. This is great opportunity to work for a well-established corporation and join our team of dedicated professionals. The manager will be in charge of sales team and supervise sales operations in the region. Successful candidate will be offered very competitive salary package and additional benefits based on applicant’s qualifications and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence in the wheat flour market
Establish client base in the region including small and medium business establishments
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and explore new areas of growth
Supervise sales operations and maintain timely reporting
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Business Management/Sales/Marketing
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in major wheat flour manufacturing/reselling company in UAE/GCC area at managerial level
Proven track of high sales records
Excellent multiple stakeholders & customer relationship management skills, with ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships
Excellent communication skills in both written/spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic and/or Urdu is an advantage.
High analytical and problem solving ability, high ability to influence
Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team
Customer service oriented
Proactive, creative and high-result oriented
Working knowledge of computer applications – Power Point/Excel/Word
UAE driving license
