Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications, plus premium medical insurance and annual flight ticket

Job Description:
Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers
Ensure contact resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction
Log all interactions via Contact Management System
Recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer’s experience
Escalate issues to the appropriate department according to Procedure
Qualifications:
Open to Sri Lankan national
40 years old and below
Fluency in English and Sinhala is a must
Candidates must be currently in the UAE and interested in a work from home set up
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
