Job Overview
Work with product designers, user experience specialists.
Engineers to translate the requirements into live products.
Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements, and tools to quantify business goals.
Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities.
Develop the user experience, goals, stories, and requirements that will be used to create product specifications
Define product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, or based on asks of the internal business operations team- Create & communicate a clear vision for the products with all stakeholders.
Be in charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, and product marketing.
Priorities product rollout based on business impact.
Ability to understand and analyze user needs and conduct market research. Create and deliver on product vision, goal, strategy, and roadmap.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in solving for Omnichannel user experience in past roles is highly desirable.
Prior experience working with engineering through the complete technology product lifecycle.
Pull and analyze data from different self-serve internal sources, key industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to deliver high-quality and actionable customer-centric product/feature proposals and user stories.

Experience required
5+ years of relevant product experience with 2+ years as a PM at consumer experience start-ups. BE/BTech/MCA in computer science or related field is mandatory
At least 3 years of experience in working as Project Managers in Leading IT Companies, E-commerce Projects.
Preference
Product Managers who have worked in high-growth B2C consumer internet or e-commerce startups and have been instrumental in developing critical portions from scratch.
Key Requirements
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product.
A team player with excellent communication skills; agile, creative, and tenacious, who can thrive in a constantly changing environment
A keen eye for understanding the end-user and creating product-led solutions to bridge user need gaps
Strong analytical skills, ability to define KPIs, KPI dashboards, and success metrics.
Experienced at scoping, planning and prioritization and can successfully use known methods to tackle the problem at hand.
Experience with JIRA/Redmine or any other bug tracking tool is a must.
