Facility Manager

Urgent Hiring for Facility Manager job opportunity here in UAE (Locally available candidates only)
Facility Management Duties
• Oversee development, maintenance, safety, security and cleanliness of the Company’s building and offices.
• Inspect offices and buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (cleaners, catering, security guards etc.) and external contractors
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Analyze and evaluate annual maintenance contract requirements and execution plan
Labor Camps Duties
• Act as focal point of contact between the organization and the Camp facility managers
• Conduct regular visit to the labor camp and regular inspection.
• Escalate to the camp management any finding.
• Maintain accurate records of workers using the camp facility.
• Review and renew the labor tenancy contract.
Fleet Management Duties:
• Responsible for all organization vehicles controlled by the distribution function.
• Initiates vehicle purchases.
• Schedules and maintains vehicles.
