Position Objective:
The purpose of this role is to acquire, convert and retain customers, build the brand and define and execute the annual marketing plan across all channels.
Key Responsibility:
To manage PPC, Display, Email, PR and Social Media campaigns.
To execute performance marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns to drive quality traffic and customers.
To manage campaigns to retarget & acquire customers, as well as create performance campaigns to drive traffic & sales.
To analyze performance, purchasing patterns and website traffic to understand the detailed performance and effectiveness of each campaign.
To oversee all campaign optimizations to achieve efficiency & scale.
To manage Pay Per Click Advertising, Real Time Bidding, Facebook Advertising, Mobile advertising & Affiliate Marketing.
To define process with the brands to get access to brand imagery.
To be responsible for the E-commerce Marketing Calendar and get input from the brands on their retail activities.
To ensure Google Analytics and other reporting tools are properly set up.
To brief Designer on Creative requirements.
To develop customer journey and CRM strategy across all communication channels.
To manage relationship with marketing agencies.
To devise and implement Social Media strategy.
To ensure all communications are on brand at all time.
To maximize brand exposure.
To constantly research on new developments within digital and formulate extensive testing plan, focusing & prioritizing scalable opportunities.
To provide the business with top line Sales & Marketing reports.
To collaborate with external E-commerce partners on marketing plan and execution.
To ensure external partners are on brand with initiatives.
To report performance of marketing initiatives and report the same to internally.
To liaise with brand principals on marketing initiatives and sharing performance.
To build the marketing calendar every season and ensuring execution.
المهارات
Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce.
Proven track record in Online Marketing and Ecommerce Performance Marketing and CRM experience strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
