MEP Technician

We’re looking for an experienced MEP Technician to join our Facilities team based in Dubai. The successful candidate must have 4-6 years’ experience within facilities management and expertise in maintenance works. UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
This role will carry out maintenance activities such as plumbing, electrical, fit-out, assembling, and other handy maintenance works across all facilities.
Key Accountabilities:
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance as requested, e.g., electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management, all kinds of repairs, joinery fixing and repairs, etc.
• Maintain work area and maintenance tools in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety measures.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair works across all facilities and ensure the well-maintained conditions.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the management.
Required Experience, Qualification & Skills:
• High school or technical school diploma
• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in the fields of facilities management and hospitality.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience of preventive works
• Good communication skills and able to work within a team
• Able to deal with difficult situations, resolve issues and concerns in a professional manner
• Knowledge of building maintenance and basic landscaping techniques
• Basic level of English skills
