Desired profile:
• Should have done a similar role for 1 year at least.
• Proficiency English a must.
• An additional foreign language especially Arabic is an added advantage.
• Job experience in tour operators and camping/adventure activities experience JOB SUMMARY Responsible for reservations sales-related opportunities for Glamping activity.
• Manages and provides training and work assignments to Reservations staff.
• Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related KPI.
• Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Provides service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the company.
CORE ACTIVITIES:
• Gains understanding of the property’s primary target customer and service expectations
• Engages with DMC and local trade partners for contracts and AMC • Identifies new reservations sales business to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
• Understands the overall market, including competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
• Closes the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and property needs.
• Does quality checks on the field and ensures service quality is as per our standards
• Manager the inventory
• Actively promotes and engages in upsells of services and products plus multiple experiences provided to Holiday home guests
