Hiring Sales Advisor available in Dubai for a well versed properties development agency. Non Arabic speaker (Indian, Philippines, Chinese, Russia and Eastern Europe)

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years in Dubai real estate sales
• Developers previous work experience
• Sales expertise
• RERA certification will be an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the Real Estate industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Capable to get and prepare market study, statistics, etc.….
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Have an existing DATA and customers with good contact relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
