Hiring Crewing Executive
We are looking for a Crewing Executive who will be responsible for supervising overall Crew recruitment, logistics, crew planning, and administration of all sea staff for Tanker vessels. 
Responsibilities: -
• Ensuring the fleet is manned by qualified, medically fit & competent seafarers with Tanker background at all times. Should be Good in Documentation verification eg. CoC, Flag state documents, medical certificates, STCW courses, specialized courses, etc.. 
• Arranging Work permit formalities in UAE. 
• Should Familiar with class and Flag requirements & maintaining Good relationship vessel crew, timely relief of seafarers keeping in mind minimum layover of the crew. 
• Preparing monthly reports as required by the Management Effectively Maintaining personnel, medical and training records, and certification details of all personnel. 
• Keeping all personnel files up-to-date. Other Information
Skill and Qualification:
• Back Ground industry: Marine / Shipping.
• Required Skills: Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar industry. 
• Meticulous, pro-active with a positive attitude, and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment. 
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Qualification / Education: Min Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
