Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager with banking or Finance domain experience for an IT Solution company in Dubai.
Requirement:
10+ years of work experience in the Banking or Finance domain preferably in FinTech.
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-wide solutions in the financial domain.
Having knowledge in strategic planning, research, and development.
Skills Required:
• Experience developing digital solutions for clients in the financial domain.
• Sound knowledge of cross-border payments and anti-money laundering domain.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management.
• Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies by collaborating with large, matrixed teams.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology.
• Ability to influence management on technical or business solutions.
• Ability to initiate action, make difficult decisions, and generate creative solutions.
• Should be comfortable using word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs.
• Impeccable time-management skills are necessary.
• Ability to set goals and help others reach them.
• Help us to develop the next level of product.
• Should have hands-on experience in the latest technologies.
• Should have experience in Managing or Heading a Team.
• Should have sound knowledge of the relevant markets.
• Should be comfortable to be a part of technology discussions.
