We are seeking for a Customer Service Representative for Port Rashid Centre.
Job Vacancy: 4
Location – Dubai (Port Rashid Area – Port View)
• Languages Known: English and Urdu / English and Arabic
• Provide excellent customer service and present full product knowledge to the potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers via telephone calls, emails and customers visiting the center.
• Resolve any service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
• Keep abreast of RTA rules & regulations and all EDC procedure to ensure smooth sales transactions and business sign up.
• Driving Industry candidates would be preferred.
• Must be currently in UAE.
