Hiring for the below position for one of the leading healthcare companies in Dubai:
HR Executive
(Healthcare Experience Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
• Design compensation and benefits packages and Implement performance review procedures.
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs, coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Monitor HR department budget.
• Act as a point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
• Manage employee’s grievances.
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Handling end to end recruitment and overseeing daily operations of the HR department
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Executive with mandatory Healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with HRMS and Application tracking system
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills
• Experience/knowledge with DHA/MOH/HAAD Licensing.
