Building Maintenance Manager, Dubai.
Requirements:
• Must have minimum 6 years of building maintenance experience in UAE.
• Responsible for overseeing/doing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s properties.
• Solid understanding of AC, plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts.
• Ability to rank and prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Strong team building and management skills.
• A familiarity with tools of the trade.
• Experience working on high-rise mechanical a plus.
• Solid communications skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Salary: Will discuss upon interview and depends upon experience
