Leasing Agent - Real Estate
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai

Job Description
• We are looking for a Leasing Executive for our Business center.
• Scout and identify prospective tenants as per current vacant units in the Business Center.
• Collect complete information about a potential tenant.
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports.
• Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents and ensure applicants fulfill their registering obligation.
• Prepare Department Leasing Reports, weekly leasing status reports, and others.
• Responsible for the implementation of the daily Leasing cycle for new tenants.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 4 years of leasing experience in the Real Estate / Business Centres field is mandatory.
• Strong exposure in the UAE real estate market and knowledge in leasing, rental & real estate laws.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills and Strong administrative writing and reporting skills to prepare and implement reports & presentations.
• Candidate must have UAE valid Driving License
• The Arabic language will be an advantage
• Salary + Attractive Commission (approx. 30%)
