Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

About the Client:
A high end casual dining within Dubai Mall serving modern & contemporary Mediterranean dishes.
Job Description:
Ensure opening & closing checklists are completed on a daily basis including completion of weekly cleaning schedules
Conduct regular briefings and meetings to ensure all colleagues receive the information necessary to perform their jobs
Conduct property inspections, makes recommendations on set-up and planning, to maximize potential revenue whilst continually striving to meet the needs of the customer
Ensure that all furniture, equipment, utensils, and silverware used in the outlet is accounted for, properly handled and serviced, and maintained to prevent excessive wear and tear
Attend & actively participate in daily & weekly Food and Beverage Briefings/ meetings

Qualifications:
Open to Eastern European and South African nationality
Male, 40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificates
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role from casual dining restaurant
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
