Position Title:  Production Manager

Salary:  up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East

Job Description:

 Supervise production teams and team leaders

 Supervise production staff to ensure efficiency, quality, cleanliness, organization, and proficiency

 Create daily production sheets, reschedule sheets, party check-off sheets and recovery sheets

 Take lead of monthly inventory, checking of variances with cost controller and management team

 Control of daily raw materials ordering to minimize wastage and maintain the cost by maintaining Par stock level

المهارات
Qualifications:

 Male, 45 years old and below

 Must have at least 3 years experience in the same role

 Must have experience with a company that service multiple brands and handling a production facility

 Must have knowledge of BOH system, ordering and inventory
