الوصف الوظيفي Requirements: - (1) Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with good communication skills and Hands-On experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations. (2) Minimum 5-7 years Experience in a related fields of specifications. (3) Strong Team leadership and Management Skills. (4) Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands. (5) Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment. (6) Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports. (7) UAE driving license is preferable (8) Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction. (9) Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions. (10) Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals. (11) Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings. (12) Assist in the installation of MEP work. (13) Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor. (14) Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals. (15) Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff. (16) Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records. (17) Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
