HR Executive

We are seeking for a candidate into HR Executive
Location : Al Qusais (Dubai)
• Should have atleast 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Should have experience in Head hunting the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies.
• Identifying people with the right skills, right experience and most importantly the right behavioral and cultural fit.
• Using all sourcing methods including social media, CV searching the internal and external databases. Generating referrals from existing employees, raising the profile to identify the very best people they have worked with in the past.
• Should have handled bulk hiring.
• Ensure all jobs have updated JDs.
• Ensure all the joining formalities are done beforehand.
• Conduct employee onboarding.
• Managing employee’s attendance, overtime & Leaves.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Review and implement performance management plans.
• Track progress of potential employees
• Support HR Manager in creating a culture of employee engagement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Must be available in UAE.
Experience required:
• Relevant bachelor’s in Human Resource
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Should have 1- 2 years of experience at similar position
