For a new opening of Italian restaurant in Dubai we are hiring the following position:
1. Italian junior sous chef (similar back ground experience ) 1
2. chef de partie (1 starter, 1 pasta (preferably Italian), 1 main course, 1 pastry(preferably Italian) 4
3. demi-chef De partie (1 starter, 1 pasta, 1 main course) 3
4. commis chef (1 starter, 1 pasta, 1 main course, 1 pastry) 4
5. bakery/ pizza chef 1
6. commis bakery/pizza 1
Requirements:
• knowledge and background in Italian cuisine
• certification or diploma in culinary arts (preferably)
• knowledge of current HACCP
• must be able to work under pressure
• work history in fine dining restaurant
• Knowledge of English language.
• candidates must be in UAE (Dubai)
• interested package
