Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing

We are seeking for Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing for our Head Office.
Location : Dubai (Al Qusais)
• Implements the Business and Marketing plan to optimize revenue and presence in the market.
• To develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with corporate clients and various direct sales channels.
• Ensure that Sales teams have monthly Sales data to analyze to seek out incremental revenue opportunities and recommend incentives and/or corporate deals into the marketplace.
• Manages and optimize various sales channels and works in alignment with the marketing team to ensure achievement of sales forecasts and budgets.
• Actively be involved in suggesting new ideas and providing recommendations on the improvement of the service provided, thereby increasing revenue, and ensuring Excellence Driving success as a market leading driving center.
• Provide the Department Head with the business forecast, budget, sales volume, and product mix, planning and profit.
• Monitor the relevant competitor activities in the local market such as pricing, promotions and/or sales related processes and propose improvement measures.
• Determine HR requirements for Sales, employ new staff and develop a sales training plan.
• Together with employees, establish business objectives and personal development goals and monitor performance.
• Develop and motivate employees according to their abilities and budget needs.
