Position Title:  Facility Management and Civil Works Lead

Employment Type:  Full-time

Salary:  up to 27K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:  Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE’s public education sector

Job Description:

Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors
Project manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of contractors
Investigate the availability and suitability of options for new premises
Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money
Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives

المهارات
Qualifications:

Open to UAE nationality
45 years and below
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Strong background in OSHA and other environmental regulations
