IT Administrator
hiring an experienced IT/System Administrator with 3+ years of UAE experience.
Technical Skills:
• Extensive experience in installation, administration, and networking in various environments.
• Responsible for all IT instrument and server related issues.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately gather information and document.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience on various Network & Security technologies.
• Capability to understand user’s technical requirements and map those to a technical solution
• Work with external partners, vendors, and user’s to clearly document and distribute FAQs for knowledge transfer and consistently accurate resolutions.
• Attending and tracking users’ meeting till closure of the item along with/without respective domain team member.
• Implement the solutions as per technical design document, customize as per users’ needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information technology/ Information systems, or relevant.
• Good Knowledge on Network Firewall, Endpoint Solutions, Backup software’s, Avaya systems, Windows Server, Office 365, Email Security
• Candidate who are available to join immediate are preferred’
