QS Manager

CS Interiors are growing
We are proud to be in a position where our team is increasing on a monthly basis. To ensure that everyone is busy, we want to onboard an experienced QS Manager to manage QS team and support our bid management processes. You must have strong communication and development skills.
Job Description
• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates and bids, working closely with internal stakeholders for Interior design and build projects
• Build strong relationship with vendors and subcontractors, source and review competitive pricing
• Maintain supplier and subcontractor databases, and continuously research and assess new vendors for pre-qualification
• Review and assess blueprints, drawings, technical and tender documents and visit jobsites
• Send RFIs to clients for clarifications; collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates
• Consult with industry experts to discuss estimates and resolve challenges.
• Good team player who can work with our sales and design team to produce BOQ’s
• Review tender documents/drawings, scope of work and terms and conditions of technical and material specifications of all items
• Preparation of comparison sheet from received subcontractor’s quotations for price review
To be considered, you should;
• have an exceptional grasp on the English Language
• have more than 10 years UAE experience in Commercial Interior Fit out (please note that applicants from a major construction background will not be considered)
• be currently in Dubai and available to join immediately
• Have a UAE Driving license (preferably with you own vehicle)
• Degree or Diploma in QS from a recognized university.
