Senior NOC Engineer - Dubai
• At least 8+yrs experience in NOC or Support environment.
• Configuring and troubleshooting vendor firewall #Force Point Web Security,Fortigate ,PaloAlto,CiscoASA/FTD Stonesoft
• Configuring and Troubleshooting Wireless WLC, AP’s
• Configuring and Troubleshooting FTD,FMC
• Configuring and Troubleshooting Palo alto #Firewall
• Configuring and Troubleshooting Symantec (Bluecoat) Proxy SG
• Configuring and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers, Catalyst Switches (9500,9300,3650,2960)
• In-depth expertise in the analysis, implementation, troubleshooting & documentation of LAN/WAN architecture and good experience on IP services.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on IP Addressing, Subnetting, VLSM and ARP, reverse & proxy ARP, Ping Concepts.
• Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting complex layer 2 technologies such as #VLAN Trunks, #VTP Ether channel, #STP, RSTP and MST.
