Group Sales & Marketing Director

We are Hiring
Group Sales & Marketing Director (Western /European Nationals Preferred)
• Preferably from a Heat Exchanger /Pressure vessels/Oil & Gas Industry.
• Lead and motivate staff to improve efficiency of our sales department.
• Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Work with sales departments to ensure KPI’s are met
• Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors.
• Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees.
• Establish a sales training program to train new employees.
• Meet with sales managers to assess company performance.
• Manages and maintains collaborative working relationship with senior level stakeholders
• Master’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field or minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
