We are urgently looking for Technical Support Engineer to work in UAE.
Job Location: UAE, On-Site (candidate must be currently in UAE)
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
• Essential Qualification/ Certification: Server Management and Microsoft Infrastructure System Certificate
• Bonus Qualification/ Certifications: Basic Network Certification and IT Security Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of support services experience in IT Help Desktop Support operations troubleshooting PC, peripheral, and network issues.
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
• Experience in end point cloud solutions (Office 365, MS Intune, etc...)
• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
General Job duties:
• Assist in implementation of IT Infrastructure & Technical Support policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the organization requirements, policies, and quality standards.
