الوصف الوظيفي Inspect & monitor quality of product installations. Assist in testing, commissioning and handing over of projects. Assist troubleshooting through onsite technical support. Support BMS, 3rd party control integration. Position Responsibilities: · Ensure manufacturer’s recommendations are followed during product delivery, storage and installation · Monitor installation progress in major projects, identify and report snags to stake holders. · Witness and / or perform testing and commissioning of air-conditioners. · Support subsidiaries, distributors and dealers to resolve technical issues related to product installation and control integration · Support BMS and 3rd party control integrations. · Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support to generate repeated business. · Carryout post handing over product trainings to facility management & maintenance team. · Collect & report VOCs generated from site visits. · Prepare / modify installation guidelines based on best practices and site installation practices. · Prepare & submit reports as per management requirement. المهارات · In depth technical knowledge of air-conditioners. · Experience in BMS and control system integration. · Proficiency in office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power point) · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Hands on experience for on-site AC equipment trouble shooting Qualifications: · 5-7 years of experience in air conditioner project & technical support · Bachelor degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Fluent in English.
