At the moment, we are currently looking for a talented Demi Chef De Partie to join our energetic and enthusiastic team.
As the DCDP, you will assist in the management of kitchen operations including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly.
You should have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Commis 1 in the hot / cold kitchen section in a similar European cuisine restaurant, preferably with a recognized hotel diploma
