HR & Operations Manager for a Telecom Company Based in Dubai:
Responsibilities:
• Implement processes to bring discipline to the company and all employees hours are used efficiently and effectively in coordination with Regional Sales Managers and the management of the company.
• Ensuring all employees have all tools to perform their duties (operations part) in coordination with the client.
• Update the management on monthly basis on the total cost pending i.e., Gratuity, Annual leaves, or any other allowances which company owes to the employee.
• Making sure all our kiosks and sales point are always in top condition in coordination with the client.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
Requirements:
• A Valid UAE visa residence is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of/experience with UAE labor laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very good command in English.
