Hiring Business Development Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships by development and execution of business strategies to increase company sales and profits – though identifying profitable business opportunities, securing sound business deals, supervise business development associates, support of contract negotiations, implementation of new initiatives and identifying products and services that are underperforming.
The candidates targeted for this position are self-driven individuals who have:
• Bachelor Degree preferably in Business/Marketing, Professional insurance accreditations would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in similar business organization and role.
• Knowledge of the market, current media issues, social media, competitor behaviour and strategy.
• Market research and sales data
• Technical knowledge in lines of General Insurance Business.
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills
