HR Manager required for a Multi-National Company in Dubai
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar/equivalent.
• 5+ years U.A.E. experience in human resources and recruitment.
• Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
• Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Preferred #HRMS payroll admin experience and ability.
• Ability to work discretely and in confidence, a trusting nature.
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
• Familiarity with HR software and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Detail-oriented and organizational nature.
• Experience working with HRMS applications is a must.
• Understanding UAE labor law and ability to operate within its framework.
