الوصف الوظيفي Vincitore Real estate Development is an Award-Winning Boutique Designer Real Estate developer in Dubai, UAE, that focuses on developing High Quality Iconic Residential and Mixed-Use Real estate Projects that will become the future Landmarks of Dubai. We are looking for confident, high-performing, driven, smart, passionate Outbound/Inbound Business Development Executives to help us increase our Business Relationships, Brand reach, and Global Distribution Chain. You will be responsible for maximizing our business development team potential by calling Channel partners from our database, arranging meetings at site or online, crafting product pitches & dedicated Partner Plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will be directly representing the company and be presenting our products & services to channel partners, clients, and the general market. You will create, manage, and develop business relationships for the company, ensuring your targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities: To build and create strong relationships with new and existing channel partners. To meet and understand the needs of new and existing channel partners To create Dedicated partner plans, organize dedicated marketing material, and help the partner successfully sell our products and services Be able to comfortably & confidently present the entire company, mission, vision, products, services, interest To present & pitch the goods & services of the company in a professional, convincing, and effective manner. Develop as many relationships on a local and global scale. Use Technology to Expand the Brand Awareness Business Development Targets: Assist business partners personally with marketing and sales team to achieve sales and leasing goals Inbound: Ensure no inquiry goes unchecked/un-noticed. Be Available to respond on all Platforms 24x7 Route Inquiry, Calls, and information to the right department Be able to operate all necessary systems simultaneously to engage clients/agents/services from all backgrounds and channels Strong with Email Correspondence, WhatsApp, and other forms of correspondence Strong ability to follow up and organize meetings in the favor of the company المهارات - Polite - Never Give up & Go Getter/ Self Starter Attitude - Ability to communicate effectively with passion, trust, and confidence - Strong Organization, Follow up Skills - Technologically adept and sharp - Strong Presenter - Very Strong Verbal & Written communication skills. English must be the first language with 2 years of Hospitality, Telecalling, Business Development, Professional Business Communication experience.
