الوصف الوظيفي Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi About toothsi – toothsi is a new age start-up in the dental space providing smile correction services using clear aligner technology at easily affordable prices. A desirous patient can have access to a superior quality, transparent clear aligners as an alternative to conventional braces treatment at our partnering orthodontic clinics. We are hiring Customer Relationship Manager/ Executive for our operations in UAE. Responsibilities: • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with partner clinics and customers. • Overseeing the relationship with customers. • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. • Keeping partner dentists updated on customers. • Expanding the partner base by onboarding like minded orthodontists to increase the visibility and business in the market • Understanding key partner individual needs and addressing these. • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs. • Knowing your competition and playing role in strategizing accordingly.
