الوصف الوظيفي B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Marketing, Administration) or any relevant Preferred Skill Set / Qualification MBA, Sales and Marketing qualifications Relevant Industry Telecoms Operator / Internet Service provider / Solution Integrator / ICT Managed Service provider Job Position Role and Responsibilities Purpose of Job Position: Represent business interests of the company, responsible for administration for UAE Office and Marketing need Main responsibilities: • Good understanding of various social media platforms & local/regional regulations around them • Have good understanding of Creative Designing and digital designing tools • Having experience on Media Releases drafting, will be additional value but not mandatory • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, letters, packages and physical mail • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems • Distributing memos and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information • Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary • Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts. • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces • Support the overall company Administration needs. • Develop and maintain a filing system. • Submit and reconcile expenses reports المهارات • Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite • Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time • Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow • Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients • Exceptional customer service skills. • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy machines • Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/executive-business-support-in-dubai-4467890/ |
