Hiring Accountant for Dubai Location.
Responsibilities
• Handling all transactions of the group of Companies-making entries, reconciliation, payments, collections, Invoices, LPOs, Expense forms.
• Petty Cash handling ,monitor the banks and arranging payments (cheques, transfers),
• Managing receivables / payables and cashflow and communicating with both suppliers and clients for payments and collections.
• Admin support – liaise with providers and authorities for documentation, applications and processing of tasks (i.e. VAT, bank statements, Etisalat and utilities, trade licenses and other renewals).
• HR/Payroll support.
• Management Reporting – compiling the data for P&L;and Cashflow monthly Basis.
• Forecasting – keep track of income and provisions of income, support in the preparation of targets and the monthly reviews with Head office and Support division Director in the preparation of the Budget and the monthly review.
