Job description
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Keep the team on track for success.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences and events.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Create, Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Survey clients to get their feedback about services whenever needed.
• Research about market competitors and Services enhancements.
Job Requirements: -
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Strong Negotiation Skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
• Great multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English is a must.
• UAE driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
