الوصف الوظيفي
Establish and develop business in the region, set and achieve new business growth targets aligned to company goals
Develop and execute strategic pipeline plans to generate new business and grow client portfolio across the region
Drive a high quality, rigorous sales process, end to end
Initiate, develop and maintain executive level relationships and drive sales activities with key customers
Maintain positive relationships with key decision makers in the industry
Oversee customer pitch creations; prepare leadership for executive level discussions with customers
Hire and onboard new Sales team in the region
Lead day-to-day activities of Sales team (Enterprise Sales, Tech Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success)
Work with Product leadership to clearly articulate customer and market opportunities and needs for product development
Work with internal stakeholders on country operations setup (Legal, Operations, HR etc.)

المهارات
5+ years of proven experience in leading B2B sales teams
Extensive track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills at CxO levels
Experience in retail / e-commerce / courier services – big advantage
Experience selling in an early stage environment – big advantage
Ability to apply best practices in pipeline management, forecasting and lead generation activities that translates into superior team and individual performance
Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships
Experience recruiting, on-boarding, training and retaining high performers
Demonstrated experience building a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, product and operations
Ability to adapt and work effectively within a high growth environment
Fluency in English and local language
