Procurement Engineer – Mechanical
The person will be experienced with fleet maintenance, spare parts and workshop related functions in readymix industry in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
He shall handle group procurement activities of all mechanical and other requirements. Here are the desired and required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a service or a manufacturing sector.
• Hands on experience in maintenance of fleet and machinery.
• Ability to provide solutions based on breakdown patterns.
• Vast knowledge in spare parts acquisition and technicalities.
• Great connection with a big supplier base in UAE and other countries.
• Awareness of standards and best practices in procurement to ensure compliance.
• High level of integrity.
• Problem solver, and a team player.
• Prepare purchasing reports with analysis and recommendations.
