Fast growing IT firm is looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join them in the role of Head of Sales.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for the overall management of the Sales Team and Agents.
The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
Responsibilities:
Represent company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in all desired markets.
Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Knowledge of crypto currencies, mining, blockchain will be a significant advantage;
Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
Good Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
Good interpersonal and can help build strong teams within a business and ensure work functions are performed successfully.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
