We’re currently hiring an Account Manager – Cloud
Responsibilities:
• Identify new opportunities and customers: upsell and cross sell of communication solution
• Execute within a value based selling approach, focus on understanding the customer business issues
• Maintain full accountability and ownership of assigned accounts
• Develop and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop and Maintain competitive knowledge on industries and product
• Meet set KPIs around retention and conversion
Requirements
• Excellent Listening and strong verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS office suite, email and CRM application
• Strong knowledge of local market UAE
• Enterprise software or contract center industry experience and Cloud sales experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience with valid driving license
