Responsibilities
• Gain a strong understanding of client requirements
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
• Evaluate candidates CV’s and applications
• Source candidates using our in-house community, network, social media etc.
• Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
• Match candidates with the best role and company fit.
