HR Executive Vacancy
Job Description:
• Responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Develop training and development programs
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ HR experience in a retail industry; understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures is a must
• Must be willing to work in Techno Park, Jebel Ali
