We are looking for Customer Service Officer for one of our major retail destination in Dubai.
Job Role: To act as an ambassador on the asset and be the first point of contact of guests/visitors. Serve as a customer service guide by handling customer and tenant interactions whilst attending and processing the administrative requirements.
Handle general inquiries received at the Information Desk from stakeholders and customers.
Manage the rental procedures for all value-added services such as stroller wheelchair, lost and found, meet and greet etc., in coordination with security team.
Keep records of customers’ service requests and handle customer complaints in accordance with the department policies and procedures.
Collate tenants’ seasonal promotion and marketing activities and communicate to mall’s guests
Ensure smooth and well-organized operation at Information desk providing all customers efficient services and ensuring that their expectations are constantly met.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management
• 1-4 years’ experience in Customer Service preferably form Retail, Mall Management or Hospitality background
• Excellent communication skills
