Our client is now recruiting for an Operations Manager – Russian Speaker

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing trading operations
Managing cargo operations (loadings, discharge, STS)
Managing vessel operations (spot, time chartered and own vessels)
Financial coordination (invoicing, costs calculations)
Coordination with traders and major suppliers on the term deliveries of products
Reviewing spot deal recaps of traders prior to finalizing deals (to mitigate operational risks)
Drafting the Contracts;
Vessel Operations (checking CPs, vetting vessels, voyage/discharge orders, stowage plans, LOIs, freight payments);
Cargo Operations (contractual nominations, Documentary instructions, inspections, etc)
