APSL is hiring Customer Support Executive (Warehousing & Logistics)
Responsibilities:
• Greeting and approaching prospective customers.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
• Responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer related questions.
• Processing forms, orders and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support as and when required.
• Support the team in terms of customer advice and service quality
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services in the market.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives (if provided a team).
Requirements:
• Proven work experience in similar role.
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles in similar industry.
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the same role
• Preference to a female candidate
• Language: English (Mandatory) Hindi (Optional)
