الوصف الوظيفي As our business is expanding, we have an opening for a Customer Service Advisor, reporting to the General Manager. Position: Customer Service Advisor Role: Your primary role will be to provide direct and indirect assistance to customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales. Experience in customer service with on-line trading platforms will be considered an advantage. Main Responsibilities · Maximize sales by providing first class service to potential customers. · Manage complaints and assure customer satisfaction. · Monitor inventory of goods available in the store and assist is stock taking. · Support the execution of strategic and operational plans and programs, such as marketing promotions, participation in exhibitions, and other public relations activities. · Support plans to penetrate the Tennis Academies market. · Submit periodic reports and analysis to direct reporting manager as required. · Report on competitive activity that you become aware of. · Provide stringing service to customers (you will receive training) and promote such service in every opportunity to maximize revenue of stringing service and sale of strings. · Support the preparation of Reports with views and recommendations. · Follow up all government regulations and related procedures and practices; ensure that the company abides by those rules and regulations.
